Baby, now that I've found you - Alison Krauss and Union Station

In Concert..

Some music touches us in a healing way. We are not alone. Others share our pain. It is a scary thing to be vulnerable. It is an empowering thing to know who you are; to have a purpose in life, and despite the wounds and scars, to come out as the victor. It is a good lesson for this Easter season. :)

Alison Krauss - When You Say Nothing At All

Speaking to your heart..

Images of candles, holding a baby, images of trust and sensitivity... in quietness and gentleness there is strength..

Country Western: sad and vulnerable..

Not sure what makes a singer intriguing... Sometimes there is a vulnerability, a sense that this person is shy, yet has something to say. Alison Krauss shows us her heart and allows us the words and images that suggest someone who has been hurt in life and yet has found strength in her music.

Her album with Robert Plant is great also.
